What if a buyer opens a dispute?
We mediate. Either party can escalate inside the order thread; we read the evidence and decide within 48h based on platform policy.
Can I sell internationally?
Yes. You declare which regions you ship to and we surface your listing only to those buyers. IMPACT+ priority shipping is opt-in.
