1.1. Plan subscription — monthly fee based on selected Plan (€0 / €39 / €149).
1.2. Marketplace commission — category-based percentage on completed, paid, delivered Orders.
1.3. Payment processing — Stripe pass-through at cost (1.5% + €0.25 EU; 2.9% + €0.25 international).
1.4. Optional services — promoted listings, brand pages, advanced analytics — always opt-in, separately invoiced.
2.1. No account creation fee.
2.2. No hidden activation or setup fee.
2.3. No standard listing fee.
2.4. No account maintenance or dormancy fee.
2.5. No mandatory advertising spend.
2.6. No penalty fees for low activity.
3.1. Commission is calculated at the moment of payment capture and stored as an immutable snapshot.
3.2. Commissionable base: product price × quantity + shipping charged to Buyer. Excludes government-collected taxes.
3.3. Minimum commission: €0.50 per Order. If category commission would be less than €0.50, the minimum applies.
3.4. Maximum commission: €75 per individual line item. Applies to high-value products (primarily Electronics, premium items).
3.5. Multi-item Orders: commission calculated per line item, then summed. Cap applies per item, not per Order.
3.6. Seller-funded discounts: commission calculated on the discounted price paid by the Buyer.
3.7. Marketplace-funded promotions: Seller receives full gross; marketplace absorbs the discount cost.
4.1. Full schedule published at /sell/pricing.
4.2. Rates range from 5% (Electronics, Brand Pro) to 14% (Gifts & Experiences, Starter).
4.3. Strategic eco categories (Refill & Zero Waste) carry intentionally lower rates to incentivize sustainable supply.
4.4. Category assignment is determined by the product's primary category at listing time.

5.1. Payment processing fees are non-refundable in all scenarios (retained by Stripe).
5.2. The €0.50 handling fee covers fixed operational costs of processing a return.
6.1. Sponsored listings: CPC model, from €0.05/click. Seller sets daily budget. Growth+ Plans only.
6.2. Featured brand page: €99/mo. Brand Pro only.
6.3. Advanced analytics add-on: €29/mo for Growth. Included in Brand Pro.
6.4. Cross-border toolkit: €19/mo for Growth. Included in Brand Pro.
6.5. API access: €29/mo for Growth. Included in Brand Pro.
6.6. Priority evidence review: €9 per product submission. Any Plan.
6.7. Premium onboarding: €299 one-time. Waived for Brand Pro.
6.8. All optional services are separately invoiced and never bundled into commission.
7.1. Subscription invoices generated on Plan renewal date.
7.2. Commission summary invoices generated monthly.
7.3. Optional services invoices generated monthly (postpaid) or at purchase (prepaid).
7.4. All invoices available as downloadable PDF in Seller dashboard.
7.5. Invoice currency matches Seller's Settlement Currency.
8.1. Commission changes: 30 days' notice.
8.2. Plan pricing changes: 60 days' notice.
8.3. Optional service pricing: 14 days' notice.
8.4. All changes communicated via email and Seller dashboard.
